Our Mission
Distinctive Event Rentals was founded to offer the highest quality party rental products in the
region. Our goal is to provide exceptional equipment for extraordinary events, delivered with the
best service in the industry. Whether it is an intimate dinner party or a gala under a tent, we
focus on the individual needs and tastes of our customers.
Services
Our services include consultation, coordination with other event providers, delivery and
setup of rentals, and pick-up. We also offer specialized lighting design and power distribution. We
have a vast list of resources for event locations, caterers, photographers, florists, decorators,
and other event services.
Service Area
We serve greater Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, Richmond, the Northern Neck of Virginia, the
Eastern Shore as far north as Ocean City Maryland, plus the Outer Banks and all of Northeastern
North Carolina. Distinctive Event Rentals charges for a one event usage. Each rental is for a
maximum of four days — starting from the day of delivery.
